I had the suite, it was fine and big size. The staff were very courteous and attentive👌❤

Clean hotel, extremely great staff & pleasant and great location in quiet area. Location very close to restaurant and centre of Annecy. Fairly quiet units with a decent bathroom, a set of bunk beds plus modern decor. A wide range of fab food at breakfast time. Good service throughout stay. Everything good!

It was your basic 1 star establishment and should have been classified as such. Then the expectations would equal reality.

We had a really nice stay here during our extended weekend. the modern units for our group’s stuff were a great touch, and we appreciated that. the location is in a quiet residential area, but it's still close to the restaurant and the downtown area. 😊.

Hotel has clearly seen better days and needs work done on it. The restaurant was only available if we ate early. We returned from a day in the mountains watching the Tour de France, in need of showers etc and were told we had to eat immediately if we wanted service. Not idea!

The pillows and mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The heating didn't work properly, it was really cold outside and the temperature inside was unpleasant.

The Hotel Novel Restaurant La Mamma Annecy provided us with a pleasant and comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The service was attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our time there.

Although we stayed on one of the highest floors, we could still hear the traffic and other noises from outside.
